The Treasury Systems & Business Solutions team within the Capital Markets and Risk organization at Capital One seeks a Manager to lead an Agile pod in delivering cloud-based solutions that support business objectives. This role involves conducting customer interviews, performing impact analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement innovative solutions using SimCorp Dimension. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring SimCorp Dimension and leading training initiatives for the system support team. They should also possess strong skills in cloud-based data management tools and be adept at working closely with business stakeholders across various departments to enhance processes and resolve production issues. This position requires a deep understanding of Capital Markets, Finance, and fixed income securities, along with experience in SimCorp technical functions such as Communication Server and Data Format Extracts.
Lead customer interviews and analysis to identify problems and define solutions.
Define requirements and document test cases for user acceptance testing.
Configure SimCorp Dimension system changes and maintain technical specifications.
Manage the development and delivery of training materials and user manuals.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities for integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and projects.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of SimCorp Dimension configuration experience
Strong business systems analysis skills with at least 5 years of relevant experience
