Director of Care Management Client Reporting

What you'll do

• Manage team to build intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards for complex healthcare data.
• Develop and maintain client reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and analytic standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to address custom client or internal questions.
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, and clinical experts to analyze healthcare data comprehensively.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance by managing data collection and integration processes.
• Advocate for advanced analytics techniques like machine learning to drive innovative analytical findings.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in business or technology strategy roles
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience managing teams to develop and maintain client reporting suites
• Strong communication skills for analytical, business, and leadership stakeholders
• Ability to partner with technical resources and ensure data governance compliance
• Strategic presentation skills to inform financial risk and product design opportunities
• Adept at collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making
