What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting leadership or consulting roles.
  • Proven expertise in M&A accounting, financial due diligence, and business integrations.
  • Strong technical background with ERP integration experience (e.g., Oracle Fusion).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive organizational change effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred.
  • CPA or MBA credentials are advantageous.
