What you'll do

  • Partner with Tax to operationalize transfer pricing policies and document requirements.
  • Coordinate global statutory audits, ensuring standardized audit readiness processes.
  • Evaluate and optimize the Company’s global entity footprint for operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of international accounting experience, including leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS statutory reporting frameworks.
  • Proven track record managing global statutory audits and compliance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and transfer pricing structures.
  • Experience building scalable processes and automation initiatives globally.
  • ACCA, CA, or CPA equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Leadership skills in a multicultural environment with cross-functional partnership.
