What you'll do

  • Define and set technical direction for the ID ecosystem, including readers, connectivity, data pipelines, and user applications.
  • Lead cross-discipline teams to deliver scalable and maintainable technology solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure reliable identification data delivery to downstream systems and customers.
  • Ensure secure device-cloud interfaces, provisioning strategies, and firmware updates at scale for production systems.
  • Implement security best practices for encryption, authentication/authorization, and key management in cloud ecosystems.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience leading end-to-end device-to-cloud systems.
  • Proven expertise in data architectures, event-driven pipelines, and secure provisioning strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, and application domains.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for device and cloud ecosystems, including encryption and key management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical decisions with product and business objectives.
  • Experience in operational considerations for production systems, including monitoring, SLAs, incident management, and post-incident review.
