What you'll do

Lead the enterprise GRC technology and metrics program, ensuring scalable platforms support risk and compliance.
Establish and maintain technology-driven processes that strengthen GRC frameworks and regulatory alignment.
Drive data-driven risk decision-making by enabling automated monitoring and enhanced reporting across functions.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver GRC technology solutions supporting strategic risk mitigation.
Oversee GRC platforms to ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance requirements are operationalized efficiently.

What we're looking for

Over 8 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance roles.
At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing technology-enabled GRC programs at scale.
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise GRC platforms like Archer or equivalent.
Experience designing automated workflows and control monitoring across complex environments.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and their application in GRC tooling.
Background working in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
