What you'll do

  • Define and own the enterprise architecture vision aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive application portfolio rationalization to reduce redundancy and technical debt.
  • Establish architectural patterns for scalable AI solutions while maintaining controls.
  • Lead enterprise architecture governance to prevent fragmentation and shadow IT.
  • Make final decisions on enterprise architecture standards and major directions.
  • Influence long-term technology and digital strategy across multiple business units.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership with at least 8 years in enterprise architecture at Fortune 500 scale.
  • Led EA functions managing over 20 architects across multi-geo environments and accountable for $100M+ IT portfolios.
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end enterprise AI adoption programs, including strategy and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of TOGAF 9.2/10, Zachman Framework, and other EA frameworks; certified or distinguished level preferred.
  • Deep expertise in designing enterprise AI reference architectures and MLOps for model lifecycle management.
