As the Director of Engineering for Agentic Product at Adobe, you will lead a new AI-native engineering team responsible for defining and executing the technical vision of an innovative product that integrates generative models with creative intelligence. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with product management to define technical scope, driving quality assurance, and ensuring timely delivery across various platforms. Lead the technical execution of Adobe's Agentic Product to define and ship AI-native experiences.
Grow and lead an engineering team focused on building high-quality, user-facing AI capabilities.
Define technical scope and translate product strategy into executable engineering plans with PM leads.
Design and deliver agent capabilities spanning in-app workflows, multi-step tasks, and context-aware assistance.
Establish and maintain quality standards for agent behavior and systematically improve them over time.
Ensure the Agentic Product is built with appropriate evaluations, guardrails, data protection, and reliability.
