As Director of Data Center Low Voltage Infrastructure Delivery at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of low-voltage systems such as bulk fiber, structured cabling, security infrastructure, and BMS/controls networks in OCI’s global data center campuses. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery, strong commercial skills, and the ability to manage complex global construction programs. This position requires a deep understanding of technical standards, quality control, and cross-functional coordination, with 50% travel expected primarily to new data center sites outside El Paso and Las Cruces.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of low-voltage systems in multiple hyperscale data center projects.
Manage high-performing teams responsible for technical coordination, field execution, and quality control.
Oversee vendor performance, scope, schedule, cost, safety, and compliance across large-scale projects.
Drive technical consistency and enforce OCI’s standards for bulk fiber, cabling, security systems, and BMS networks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure low-voltage infrastructure aligns with overall project milestones.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and vendors.
Strong technical expertise in low-voltage systems, including bulk fiber, security, BMS/controls networks.
Experience in vendor management, commercial oversight, and change order review.
Ability to drive technical consistency and quality standards across global projects.
Expertise in integrating low-voltage infrastructure with mechanical, electrical, and liquid-cooled rack deployments.
