What you'll do

  • Set the vision and strategy for managing global changes and releases to align with business objectives.
  • Design and govern enterprise-wide frameworks to ensure consistent and scalable delivery of products and services.
  • Lead the strategic shift toward Predictive Change & Release Management using AI models to analyze telemetry and identify risks.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to measure operational efficiency, compliance, and business impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to automate processes and minimize service downtime.
  • Ensure all change and release processes align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve technical excellence and leadership growth.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise Change and Deployment Management.
  • Ability to define and implement strategic programs at scale in a global, complex environment.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills to drive alignment across senior partners.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience leading large, distributed teams and encouraging a culture of innovation and accountability.
