What you'll do

Lead the full lifecycle of autonomous driving carline programs from feature definition to mass-production readiness.
Manage product planning including data collection, ML operations, and in-car testing.
Resolve complex issues across software, hardware, vehicle systems, and validation workstreams using data-driven decisions.
Improve execution processes to increase development speed, integration efficiency, and release quality.
Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmaps to ensure market competitiveness.
Build and lead a team of carline program managers to develop autonomous vehicle products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate software, hardware, and vehicle systems into production-ready units.

What we're looking for

BS/MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Overall experience in both software and hardware platforms.
8+ years of leadership experience.
Experience working in a software development environment.
Track record of leading the launch of technically complex products, specifically scaled L4 Robotaxi programs.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers.
Background in autonomous vehicles, Driver Assist technology, or machine learning.
Experience leading the development of ADAS functions/products and managing customer interactions.
