What you'll do

Lead the full lifecycle of L4 Robotaxi carline programs from feature definition to mass production.
Set execution plans for the carline PM team and coordinate with all relevant cross-functional teams.
Drive product planning for data collection, ML ops, data ops, in-car testing, and KPI iteration.
Resolve issues across software, hardware, vehicle, and validation work streams using data-driven decisions.
Improve execution processes to increase development speed, integration efficiency, and release quality.
Communicate with customers to translate evolving needs into a product roadmap for cross-functional execution.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in both software and hardware platforms.
8+ years of leadership experience.
Experience working in a software development environment.
Track record of leading the launch of technically complex products, especially scaled L4 Robotaxi programs.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers.
Background in autonomous vehicles, Driver Assist technology, and/or machine learning (preferred).
Exposure leading development of ADAS functions/products (preferred).
