  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 15 years of experience or higher education with fewer years of experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in medical device and combination product commercialization, tech transfer, and assembly/packaging process improvement.
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams for packaging and combination product assembly & packaging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements for medical devices and packaging.
  • Expertise in risk management principles, including ISO 14971 and other relevant standards.
  • Strategic thinking and focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
