What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership in advanced AI engineering, guiding teams on best practices.
  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure within high-compliance environments.
  • Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI/ML models in production.
  • Advocate for new AI technologies to drive innovation and strategic vision.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML roles in financial services.
  • Deep expertise in ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and modern MLOps practices.
  • Strong experience working with structured and unstructured data sources in regulated environments.
  • Proven track record of leading technical implementations and mentoring senior engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with Java (JDK 17/21), Spring Framework, Angular, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
