  • Proven track record of delivering full analytical control strategies for regulatory submissions across multiple modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach early and mid-career scientists effectively.
  • Strong background in small molecule drug substance/product development.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
