What you'll do

Design and build automation solutions to address operational pain points for Customer Technical Success teams.
Rapidly develop POCs to test feasibility of technical approaches and iterate based on feedback.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, AI tools, and data sources like Salesforce or Snowflake.
Build production-ready prototypes that are reusable, secure, maintainable, and scalable.
Troubleshoot and enhance reliability of pilot projects by implementing logging, error handling, and observability practices.
Document technical designs, integration patterns, and handoff requirements for solutions transitioning to platform teams.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience building automation, integration, or AI-assisted workflow solutions.
Proven ability to design and deliver intelligent automation tools creating measurable business value.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud automations using Salesforce Flow and API integrations.
Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Ability to build lightweight internal UIs for prototypes (e.g., Streamlit, React).
Expertise in integrating multiple data sources into internal tools and Slackbots.
Understanding of data security, identity management, PII handling, and secrets management.
