What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of experience programming in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
  • 6+ years of experience leading Agile teams and working with DevSecOps technologies
  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams
  • Knowledge of networking principles and safety-critical software rigor
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
