As a Software Engineering Architect at Spiff, part of Salesforce Sales Cloud, you will lead critical architectural initiatives for Spiff's Incentive Compensation Management platform. What we're looking for
10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years as a Software Engineering Architect for large-scale SaaS platforms.
Proven success in architecting high-performance calculation engines and workflow systems at enterprise scale.
Extensive experience with database design, optimization, migration strategies, and distributed system performance tuning.
Strong background in API design, contract management, and building developer-facing platform services.
Experience in designing cell-based or multi-tenant architectures with robust data isolation and scaling strategies.
Demonstrated ability to architect analytics pipelines, data integration patterns, and business intelligence platforms.
