What you'll do

  • Lead the team in developing and executing support and sustainment strategies for cloud computing instantiations.
  • Manage containerization technologies including Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift, Rancher Federal (RKE2), and NetApp Kubernetes Service.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and SAST/DAST scanning software.
  • Provide technical expertise for AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure GovCloud environments.
  • Perform testing, configuration management, and system-wide upgrades for containerization technologies in pre-production and production environments.
  • Provide 24x7 technical support to ensure rapid problem resolution and maximum uptime for containerized systems.
  • Design cloud architectures and provide documentation including network boundary diagrams and installation configuration guides.
  • Develop accreditation packages using the DoD Risk Management Framework to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO).

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in DoD enterprise environments.
  • Must possess a Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in DoD enterprise environments.
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must have expertise in virtual container technologies including Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift, Rancher Federal (RKE2), and NetApp Kubernetes Service.
  • Must have enterprise experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and SAST/DAST scanning tools.
  • Must possess technical knowledge of AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure GovCloud.
  • Must have a background in Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, VDI, and hybrid cloud engineering.
  • Must possess strong writing skills and excellent communication skills.
