What you'll do

  • Lead the team in support and sustainment strategies for cloud computing instantiations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for virtual container technologies including Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift, and Rancher Federal.
  • Manage CI/CD pipeline tools and technologies such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and SAST/DAST scanning tools.
  • Perform testing and execute system-wide upgrades for containerization technologies in pre-production and production environments.
  • Provide 24x7 technical support for containerization technologies to ensure rapid problem resolution and maximum uptime.
  • Assist in the architectural design and engineering of cloud technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support IAVA/STIG and DoD policy implementations for cloud platforms including RA and RMF.
  • Develop accreditation packages using the DoD Risk Management Framework to achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO).

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in DoD enterprise environments.
  • Must have a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in DoD enterprise environments.
  • Must currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must have subject matter expertise in virtual container technologies including Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift, Rancher Federal (RKE2), and NetApp Kubernetes Service.
  • Must have enterprise experience in CI/CD pipeline tools including Kubernetes/OpenShift, Gitlab, Jenkins, and SAST/DAST scanning tools.
  • Must have experience in cloud computing technologies and provide subject matter expertise for AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure GovCloud.
  • Must have relevant, recent technical Cloud Architecture background and experience with DevSecOps, VDI, and hybrid cloud engineering.
  • Must possess strong writing skills and excellent communication skills.
