What we're looking for

10+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity.
10+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
Experience serving as a technical lead, principal engineer, solution architect, or technical authority for a complex platform.
Experience leading container-platform modernization, cloud-native transformation, or enterprise infrastructure modernization.
Experience with GitOps, policy-as-code, automated compliance, container-image scanning, and secure software supply-chain implementation.
Experience developing, managing, and securing containers and enterprise cloud-native solutions.
Bachelor's degree.
