What you'll do

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in engineering or equivalent.
Strong programming skills with AI frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, NeMo-RL.
Proven ability to articulate and present emerging technology value propositions.
Experience designing and implementing reinforcement learning pipelines for LLMs.
In-depth knowledge of software architecture, system design, and application development.
Hands-on experience with popular reinforcement learning libraries such as Unsloth, TRL, OpenRLHF.
