Reinforcement Learning AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms for complex decision-making problems.
• Develop scalable training pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Build and evaluate agents in simulated environments to test RL techniques.
• Apply policy optimization, value-based learning, model-based RL, and imitation learning methods.
• Transition trained models into production systems following software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture and performance optimization for high-performance components.

What we're looking for

• Experience developing and training reinforcement learning agents.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• Expertise in Python for model development and deployment.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques and artificial neural networks.
