You must have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and be based at Offutt AFB, NE.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of IT/DoD administration or service management experience
  • Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification required within 9 months
  • Strong understanding and application of ITIL 4 Deployment Management and Availability Management processes
  • Experience in analyzing data to produce actionable insights for IT services improvement
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
