What you'll do

Scope and deliver end-to-end data science projects from problem framing through productionization.
Build and maintain industry performance and customer segmentation models using clustering, regression, and tree-based models.
Partner with engineering teams to deploy models, develop features, and monitor performance over time.
Design and analyze A/B tests and observational studies to evaluate product features and business initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical approaches with clear success metrics.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leaders regarding trade-offs, assumptions, and business impact.
Contribute to scalable data assets including clean datasets, metrics definitions, and dashboards.

What we're looking for

3–5+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or a related field.
Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experimentation to solve real-world business problems.
Proficiency in Python using pandas, scikit-learn, and PySpark.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in modern platforms like Snowflake or Spark.
Experience building performance models and data products.
Familiarity with production workflows including Airflow, dbt, model deployment patterns, and monitoring.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical approaches and success metrics.
Strong communication skills to tailor insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
