What you'll do

  • Develop and lead the creation of machine learning algorithms and automated analytic software.
  • Build ETL pipelines including API querying, data cleaning, and schema creation for storage.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to advise clients on informed decision-making.
  • Create data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS.
  • Integrate and extend free and open-source software (FOSS) or COTS products to solve problems.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns in structured and unstructured data.
  • Guide teammates and lead the development of technical systems for client projects.

What we're looking for

  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in data science, or 7+ years of experience in data science in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience using data science programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience creating ETL pipelines, including querying APIs, cleaning and conditioning data, and creating schemas for data storage.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods.
  • Ability to design automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms.
  • Ability to generate data visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS.
  • Experience working with intelligence disciplines like GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT (preferred).
  • Experience with intelligence or operations analysis in the DoD or Intelligence Community (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins (preferred).
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (preferred).
