What you'll do

Develop and maintain valuation and forecasting models including NPV, CLV, and offer economics.
Apply statistical techniques to measure performance, estimate incremental impact, and evaluate business trade-offs.
Analyze customer and marketing data to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
Execute the end-to-end analytical process including data preparation, exploratory analysis, and model validation.
Develop machine learning algorithms to predict business outcomes and recommend optimal actions to management.
Run methodical analytical experiments to identify opportunities for product and process optimization.
Present business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Master's degree (preferred).
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Experience in data science, advanced analytics, quantitative modeling, marketing analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Familiarity with marketing valuation concepts, including customer lifetime value, offer economics, and marketing measurement.
Exposure to cloud platforms and big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop (preferred).
Strong communication skills to explain analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
