What you'll do

Build, evaluate, validate, and refine supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Perform data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering for high-quality analytical solutions.
Translate technical analyses and model outputs into meaningful business recommendations and decision-support products.
Contribute to analytics roadmaps, project planning, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Promote best practices in reproducible analytics, model governance, documentation, and version control.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
3+ years of experience with data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.
Experience with Python, R, or SQL.
Experience performing exploratory data analysis on large datasets and applying statistical techniques.
Experience developing, evaluating, and implementing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
Experience creating visualizations, dashboards, and analytical products.
Experience using a version control platform.
Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Experience leading data science initiatives or coordinating cross-functional analytical efforts (preferred).
Experience with project management (preferred).
Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
Experience mentoring junior analysts, data scientists, or team members (preferred).
Experience helping define analytics roadmaps, project plans, and strategic priorities (preferred).
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments (preferred).
Experience with artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI applications (preferred).
Experience with MLOps, model governance, or machine learning lifecycle management (preferred).
Possession of excellent organizational skills (preferred).
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
