What you'll do

Analyze structured and unstructured data to solve complex client problems.
Develop algorithms and systems to turn disparate data points into objective answers.
Build robust and scalable data engineering pipelines for diverse datasets.
Create predictive data models and perform quantitative analyses.
Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) including RAG and AI Agents.
Visualize targeted data sources using various visualization packages.
Provide clients with a deep understanding of data meaning and practical applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
2+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, engineering, or mining.
2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources.
Experience building robust and scalable data engineering pipelines with diverse datasets and data types.
Experience working with LLMs including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.
Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing.
2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging Python, R, Typescript, or SQL and NoSQL (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Distributed data or computing tools including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI, or NLP (preferred).
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (preferred).
Master’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
