What you'll do

Lead and mentor a technical team of analysts, developers, and engineers in an Agile environment.
Perform feature engineering and prepare complex datasets for machine learning applications.
Build and automate data pipelines and workflows to process structured and unstructured data.
Advise clients on the meaning of predictive results and how to use them to shape mission success.
Translate technical information and recommendations into actionable insights for peers and customers.

What we're looking for

Experience designing, building, or maintaining cloud data environments such as Azure and AWS.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams of data analysts, engineers, or developers.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric) and Spark or PySpark for analysis.
Experience with structured data using SQL, R, or Python, including statistical modeling, feature engineering, and building automated pipelines.
Master's degree (preferred).
TS/SCI clearance, Certified Analytics Professional certification, and experience with DoD platforms or agile methodologies (preferred).
