What you'll do

  • Design and configure SharePoint workflows to streamline business processes and records management.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions to ensure security compliance and organizational standards.
  • Design and implement metadata schemas, content types, and navigation structures for information retrieval.
  • Establish and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, and access controls for network shared drives.
  • Implement retention policies, version control procedures, and archiving processes for document lifecycle management.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, permission audits, and data loss prevention monitoring.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for knowledge management and train personnel on new workflows.
  • Evaluate new SharePoint capabilities and develop strategies to transition from legacy shared drives to modern collaboration tools.

What we're looking for

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining.
  • 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources.
  • 2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with distributed data or computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI, or NLP (preferred).
  • Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2 (preferred).
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
