  • Proven ability to define product vision, build roadmaps, and make long-term investment decisions based on data.
  • Demonstrated strength in framing ambiguous problem spaces and establishing success metrics for Data Science initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Data Science, engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear narratives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and operate as a trusted advisor.
