What you'll do

  • Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines for ingestion into analytical platforms.
  • Develop transformations to clean, standardize, and enrich data using SQL and Python.
  • Implement and monitor data quality checks and observability for pipeline health.
  • Document datasets and transformations clearly to ensure usability by others.
  • Drive incremental improvements in pipeline performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python with attention to code quality and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and ETL tools like dbt and Airflow.
  • Experience in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and event modeling concepts.
  • Understanding of data quality testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
  • Exposure to machine learning workflows for training data preparation.
