What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering and software development problems.
Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems.
Manage Tier 3 requests within a Kanban data team environment.
Build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure to support enterprise operations.
Implement continuous integration and deployment into development, testing, and production environments.
Design, develop, and tune complex data ingestion, routing, and transformation workflows.
Monitor systems and manage data flow processes using specialized management tools.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in operations support, systems administration, data operations, or technical support.
Experience troubleshooting complex issues across applications, infrastructure, or data environments.
Experience designing and tuning data ingestion, routing, and transformation workflows using management tools.
Knowledge of data platforms, databases, ETL processes, and system monitoring tools.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a CS or Engineering field.
Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date.
