What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering and software development problems.
Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.
Manage Tier 3 requests within a collaborative Kanban data team.
Build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure for the enterprise.
Implement continuous integration and deployment into development, testing, and production environments.
Design, develop, and tune complex data ingestion, routing, and transformation workflows.
Monitor systems and manage data platforms, databases, and ETL processes.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in operations support, systems administration, data operations, or technical support.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, or data environments.
Experience designing, developing, and tuning complex data ingestion, routing, and transformation workflows using data flow management tools.
Knowledge of data platforms, databases, ETL or data flow processes, and system monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize operational issues, and respond effectively in high-tempo environments.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in a CS or Engineering field.
Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date.
