What you'll do

Architect and build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines for LLM workflows and RAG systems.
Design the technical blueprint for the enterprise AI data layer using structured and unstructured data.
Provide technical leadership by guiding junior engineers on coding standards and design patterns.
Implement robust data classification, privacy safeguards, and automated lineage tracking for training datasets.
Build and maintain scalable feature stores to support real-time inferencing and offline model training.
Audit and optimize cross-cloud data pipelines for performance, cost management, and reliability.
Translate executive requirements into production-ready data solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in application development.
At least 4 years of experience in distributed data.
At least 4 years of experience with SQL.
At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Java, or Scala.
At least 4 years of experience designing and developing data pipelines.
At least 2 years of experience in data modeling and designing end-to-end solutions using relational and non-relational systems.
Master's Degree in a related field (preferred); 9+ years of application development; 5+ years with public cloud, real-time streaming, or Snowflake (preferred).
