What you'll do

  • Manage and schedule hardware moves/adds/changes for data center equipment.

  • Track and report floor space, rack space, power, and cooling utilization regularly.
  • Use change/configuration management systems to create and update data center records.
  • Validate requirements and dependencies for System Change Request execution accurately.
  • Provide operational status updates and risk reporting to stakeholders regularly.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of data center management and operations experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in change and configuration management systems (e.g., TeamTrack).
  • Expertise in IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Certified Data Center Engineer or equivalent certification required.
