What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of legal experience in technology, telecommunications, or data center operations.
  • Proven expertise advising on regulatory and legal issues related to cloud infrastructure and network connectivity.
  • Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts for data centers and cloud services.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and agreements.
  • Admitted to practice law in the United States.
