Manage 20+ global data centers to ensure near-zero downtime and compliance with financial SLAs.
Lead incident response activities for rapid recovery and root-cause analysis in trading environments.
Evaluate energy efficiency and reliability of high-density compute infrastructure, including liquid cooling technologies.
Ensure diverse and resilient connectivity through expertise in telecommunications carriers and ultra-low-latency routes.
Develop and present a global data center strategy to forecast capacity needs and meet compliance regulations.
Manage a $40M+ annual budget for data centers, networking services, power, and staffing while driving cost optimization.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience managing global or multi-site data centers in fintech or financial services.
Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and connectivity infrastructures for low-latency environments.
Proven track record in vendor management, budgeting large sums ($40M+), and compliance with regulations like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
