What you'll do
- Resolve operational, infrastructure, and hardware incidents across multiple data centers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware including deployment, operation, and decommissioning.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ year of data center experience, or 3+ years of data center experience in lieu of a degree.
- Professional experience working in a data center or with IT hardware.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet export control requirements.
- Experience with Linux and Windows OS system administration (preferred).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNP (preferred).
- Experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools (preferred).
- Experience with server management tools like HPE iLO, Cisco CIMC, and Dell iDRAC (preferred).
- Experience in power and data center cooling capacity planning (preferred).
