JOB TITLE: Data Analytics & Visualization Engineer - TS/SCI with Polygraph As a Data Analytics & Visualization Engineer, you will join the Data Science and Data Engineering team to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will design, build, and evolve analytics-ready data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes to support scalable reporting. Your daily responsibilities include developing advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products that provide operational awareness and executive decision support. You will translate structured and unstructured data into intuitive visual stories, ensuring data integrity and performance. Key technical requirements include proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Python for developing analytics workflows. You will also utilize modern visualization techniques and UX best practices to deliver production-ready reporting. This role solves the business problem of providing clear performance monitoring and trend analysis for mission stakeholders.

What you'll do

Design and build analytics-ready ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured data.
Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products for operational and executive decision-making.
Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual stories that communicate trends, risks, and performance insights.
Operationalize data products into production-ready dashboards and reporting workflows.
Manage the full analytics development lifecycle including requirements gathering, data modeling, testing, and deployment.
Present analytical findings and dashboard trends to internal customers and leadership.
Implement modern visualization techniques and UX best practices in collaboration with design teams.
Maintain and enhance analytics platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
Must have experience developing data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python or similar modern analytics languages.
Must have strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling to support analytical and visualization use cases.
Must have hands-on experience developing visual analytics and dashboards with demonstrated proficiency in Tableau.
Must have experience designing dashboards for operational monitoring, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
Must have strong communication skills to explain analytical findings and visualization design decisions.
