What you'll do

Build and evolve analytics-ready data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products for operational awareness and executive decision-making.
Translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visual stories that communicate trends, risks, and performance insights.
Manage the full analytics development lifecycle including requirements gathering, data modeling, testing, and deployment.
Present analytical findings and dashboard insights to both technical and non-technical internal customers and leadership.
Implement modern visualization techniques and UX best practices for interactive analytics products.
Maintain and enhance analytics platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 8 years of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience developing data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python or similar modern languages.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling to support analytical and visualization use cases.
Hands-on experience developing visual analytics and dashboards with proficiency in Tableau.
Experience designing dashboards for operational monitoring, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
Power BI experience, visualization certifications, and knowledge of UX/UI principles (preferred).
