Cybersecurity Analyst

What you'll do

• Assist in identifying and implementing security controls for CIAT systems.
• Prepare and maintain RMF package documentation to support accreditation processes.
• Generate and update Cyber Applicable Requirements Verification Matrix (RVM).
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and harden operating systems.
• Conduct cybersecurity testing and document results in test reports.
• Support the development of system security documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Maintain compliance with DoD, DoN, SECNAV, and OPNAV cybersecurity directives.

What we're looking for

• DoD security clearance at Secret level required
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Foundational knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD cybersecurity directives
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and OS hardening principles
• Strong organizational skills for technical documentation and reporting
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities in a government contracting environment
• Willingness to achieve DoD 8570/8140 compliance within 6 months (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
