As a Cyber Intelligence Analyst, you will join the team to collect, analyze, and report cyber data to produce actionable intelligence supporting cyber operations and strategic decision-making. The role requires proficiency in Python, SQL, regex, and Microsoft Office Suite, along with experience using SIGINT discovery tools like DX, XKEYSCORE, and DevNav. You will also develop fingerprints, microplugins, and notebooks while providing technical recommendations to stakeholders regarding cyber defense and national security interests.

What you'll do

Collect, analyze, and report cyber data to produce actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Identify connections between disparate datasets using specialized tools and programming languages like Python and SQL.
Develop systems and workflows to fill unmet needs in cyber collection and analysis.
Create products that utilize metadata and content discovery to strengthen national cyber defenses.
Research, develop, and test data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions for intelligence teams.
Translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to drive business decisions and technical outcomes.
Present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders using visualization tools and various reporting formats.

What we're looking for

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
High school diploma and 6+ years of experience in cyber operations and analysis, or a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
Experience as a cyber analyst, including as a TDNA or DNEA.
Experience with cyber operations and SIGINT discovery tools such as DX, XKEYSCORE, and DevNav.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, and regex.
Ability to translate intelligence needs into collection and analytics actions that produce responsive products.
Knowledge of M2M, IOT, data link, or network protocols (preferred).
Knowledge of the collection dataflow and SIGINT architecture (preferred).
