Cúram Technical Developer The Cúram Technical Developer joins the team to design, develop, configure, test, and support Cúram solutions specifically for health and human services programs. What you'll do

Design, develop, configure, test, and support Cúram solutions for health and human services programs.
Build and maintain Java-based Cúram components, including batch processes, interfaces, and financial modules.
Translate business and policy requirements into detailed technical designs aligned with established architecture standards.
Develop and troubleshoot SOAP web services, XML integrations, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL components.
Analyze complex defects and performance issues to implement sustainable fixes across application and database layers.
Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, estimation, and mentoring of team members.
Support modernization efforts by assessing dependencies between existing Cúram capabilities and new platforms.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 4 years of experience developing or supporting IBM Cúram solutions.
A minimum of 4 years of Java development experience in large enterprise applications.
At least 1 year of experience designing and developing Cúram batch processes, interfaces, web services, or financial components.
At least 1 year of experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, SOAP web services, and technical troubleshooting.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
Experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically Capital Markets (preferred).
