Critical Environment Technician

What you'll do

• Prepares and submits detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Conducts various types of maintenance and repairs on critical infrastructure with minimal supervision.
• Oversees maintenance tasks within a single discipline or area of expertise, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoots complex issues and identifies root causes for critical environment systems.
• Leads onsite incident response teams during abnormal conditions to ensure quick resolution.
• Inspects facility equipment and grounds for unsafe conditions, analyzing trends to prevent issues.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in performing various types of maintenance on critical infrastructure equipment.
• Proficient in developing and following standard operating procedures for multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on understanding of how critical environment equipment works, including troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently handle advanced tasks such as vendor contact and incident escalations.
• Expertise in monitoring and analyzing trends in facility equipment behavior using technical tools.
• Skilled in coordinating and leading onsite incident response teams during abnormal conditions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to recognize unsafe work environments.
