As a Consulting Project Manager at our firm, you will join a dynamic team responsible for managing IT support services and complex technical initiatives within secure government environments. What you'll do

Manage program/project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet Government schedules.
Resolve issues, allocate resources, manage project personnel, and oversee operations/performance.
Drive project initiation by assigning resources and creating work breakdown structures for projects.
Develop detailed project management plans to drive predictable delivery for low to medium complexity projects.
Monitor risks and track mitigation plans using available tools and cross-functional groups.
Facilitate customer satisfaction by engaging positively with customers and building trusted relationships.

What we're looking for

2+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
Active U.S. Government security clearance.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
Intermediate knowledge of project management principles and practices.
