As a Consulting Principal, Enterprise AI, you will join the Enterprise Architecture team to define enterprise-wide AI architecture strategy and establish scalable, secure, and governed solutions. You will work with executive stakeholders and engineering leaders to build target-state roadmaps for AI-augmented operations and intelligent automation. Your daily responsibilities include architecting resilient GenAI, machine learning, RAG, and agentic AI solutions while designing cloud-native integration patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will utilize technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow, Hugging Face, and PyTorch. The role requires applying TOGAF standards to solve complex problems within SaaS, fintech, payments, and Hi-Tech environments, specifically focusing on fraud detection, risk decisioning, and integrating AI with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DocuSign.

What you'll do

Define enterprise AI architecture visions, governance standards, and target-state roadmaps for AI-augmented operations.
Architect scalable, secure, and explainable GenAI, machine learning, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
Design cloud-native architectures and integration patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP for enterprise applications.
Establish architecture governance, responsible AI standards, model evaluation frameworks, and compliance controls.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives for pre-sales, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Develop reusable reference architectures and accelerators across diverse client portfolios.
Lead Architecture Review Board processes to ensure production-ready AI solutions.

What we're looking for

12–15+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
Proven experience architecting enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, machine learning, and agentic AI solutions.
Deep expertise with TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) and Enterprise Architecture governance frameworks.
Significant client-facing consulting experience including executive stakeholder engagement, solutioning, pre-sales, and strategic advisory.
Strong experience designing cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, event-driven architecture, Kafka, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience designing GenAI solutions including RAG architectures, vector databases, LLM onboarding, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, model evaluation frameworks, and regulatory compliance controls.
