What you'll do

Lead the decomposition of Cybersecurity thread requirements to all applicable segment specifications.
Identify and mitigate Cybersecurity-related risks and prepare mitigation plans.
Ensure effective development of Cybersecurity Technical Performance Measure (TPM) Plans and assessments.
Provide technical oversight for test plans, procedures, and execution in Cybersecurity areas.
Review and approve Cybersecurity Systems Engineering work products at Levels 1 and 2.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in technical/science discipline with 16 years of relevant Cybersecurity Systems Engineering experience or equivalent.
Expert knowledge in Cybersecurity Systems Engineering practices, including network technologies, custom hardware/software implementations, and DoW system development life cycles.
At least 10 years of proven experience in Systems Engineering leadership roles on $50M+ programs designing, implementing, and testing weapon systems.
Knowledge of Cyber Security Risk Management Construct and/or Cyber Survivability Endorsement Implementation Guide.
Current/active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI clearance.
Experience with DoD Cyber Developmental Test and Evaluation and/or Operational Test and Evaluation.
