Configuration Manager

What you'll do

• Define and execute configuration management plans for key programs.
• Document, review, approve, and communicate engineering change requests efficiently.
• Generate and manage change notices, ensuring full completion of implementation activities.
• Lead and organize critical configuration control forums and meetings.
• Analyze product baselines in Teamcenter to ensure compliance with standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to assess impacts and devise mitigation strategies for proposed changes.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of direct product configuration management experience.
• Familiarity with configuration management principles and practices.
• Experience working in high rigor environments like aerospace or automotive.
• Proficiency with PLM and data management toolsets for complex products.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• AA/AS or BA/BS degree in an engineering discipline.
