What you'll do

  • Design and engineer solutions for government passive and active network infrastructures across multiple classification levels.
  • Provide technical expertise for Command and Telemetry solutions using KRATOS T500MX-XC or ARKA P&DB systems.
  • Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, BGP, VRF, VLAN, and NTP.
  • Create installation plans, procedures, templates, and training documentation for the deployment of Command and Telemetry solutions.
  • Manage the transition and transformation from existing network designs to new technical solutions.
  • Provide technical consulting on system management, tuning, and modification of network solutions.
  • Analyze data from various sources to determine and meet specific customer requirements.
  • Develop custom technology solutions using a variety of industry products and technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
  • Must have 10 years of experience based on a combination of work history and education.
  • Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
  • Experience in designing and implementing network infrastructure including Routers, Switches, BGP, VRF, VLAN, and NTP.
  • Expertise in Command and Telemetry solutions using KRATOS T500MX-XC or ARKA P&DB systems.
  • Understanding of low speed RS422 serial communications, including RS533 electrical specifications and cabling.
  • Basic sysadmin understanding of Linux Operating systems is acceptable.
  • Ability to perform work on-site in Chantilly, VA, five days per week.
