As a senior CNO capability development specialist, you will join a team focused on systems security research and development. You will support full project life cycles while guiding an Agile team of professionals to manage reverse engineering and vulnerability analyses of various software problems. Your daily work involves determining operational parameters for complex systems and leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your results. The role requires expertise in programming with object-oriented languages, including C, C#, C++, Java, Python, Assembly, or PerlScript. You will develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and UNIX applications using make files. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and experience in software life cycle management, including design, development, testing, validation, and deployment within the domain of systems security.

What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
You must have 6+ years of experience in programming with object-oriented programming languages.
You must have 4+ years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio/.NET or UNIX applications using make files.
Experience is required in developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, or Java.
Experience is required in implementing software life cycle management requirements including design, development, testing, validation, and deployment.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 1+ year of experience with embedded development is required, or 4+ years of experience with embedded development in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience with computer programming in C, C++, Python, Assembly, or PerlScript (preferred).
2+ years of experience with computer engineering, computer science, electronic and electrical engineering, or applied mathematics (preferred).
