What you'll do

  • Understand the GSA roadmap for Solutions Portfolio priorities and develop bi-annual updates.
  • Work with GSA teams to map IP in the Solutions Catalog to Partner Capability & Maturity attributes.
  • Develop the CSAM Playbook for Practice Builder Action Planning with a counterpart.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Top 50 CSA Partner CSAMs on skilling and IP gaps.
  • Identify common maturity gaps and develop scalable solutions to address them.
  • Meet quarterly with 25% of Partner Service Delivery leaders from Top 50 Partners.
  • Develop measures to track Enhanced offtake progress and report monthly on key indicators.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience working with Partners or within a Partner ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience developing learning, onboarding, and training collateral for field audiences
  • Deep understanding of Azure & Security Solution Plays and GTM strategies
  • Familiarity with publicly available skilling across Azure and Security
  • Proven project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations and determine creative solutions
