What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in cloud security and platform engineering
3+ years of leadership or team lead experience
Expertise in policy-as-code and admission control for Azure, AWS, GCP
Proficiency with cloud provider security primitives across multiple platforms
Experience automating security controls in IaC and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to produce automated audit evidence for compliance frameworks
Hands-on technical skills alongside managerial duties
